As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the strategy, development, and execution of the product roadmap, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and overseeing the portfolio of products built by multiple Scrum teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth. The Product Manager is responsible for guiding solutions through all major phases of the product life cycle (inception, growth, maturity, and decline/sunset), ensuring maximum business value is achieved over the lifetime of each solution.
We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Product Manager to lead the evolution of our document automation platform with electronic signature capability. This role is pivotal in shaping a product offering, a no-code experience and extensible platform for our customers ranging from small and medium businesses to large enterprises.
As Product Manager, you will own the product backlog, work hand-in-hand with a cross-functional scrum team (including an offshore team in India), and collaborate with our experienced design lead to deliver intuitive and powerful user experiences.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals.
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, customer success and sales teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Manage the release cadence for all product deliveries and key milestones for each cycle.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends.
- Drive product development from ideation to launch, managing the entire product lifecycle.
- Own Product Operations that includes product documentation, product enablement and training, release management and communication.
- Analyze user data and feedback to iterate and improve product features and user experience.
- Develop and communicate product strategy, goals, and milestones to executive stakeholders.
- Plan and lead customer interviews, usability testing, and post-launch feedback sessions to refine and evolve the product.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify differentiation opportunities.
- Participate onsite at customer and industry and vendor conferences representing S-Docs and its product and solutions

- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.
- Prior experience working with document automation or e-signature products.
- Strong understanding of APIs and platform abstraction strategies.
- Excellent collaboration skills; comfortable working across time zones with offshore teams (especially in India).
- Passion for crafting great user experiences with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with agile methodologies and leading scrum teams.
- Proven ability to conduct user research and synthesize insights into actionable product decisions.
Bonus:
Background in no-code/low-code platforms or workflow automation platforms.
Working experience with HubSpot Smart CRM platform.
This role will be customer-facing and may require travel to conferences, customer meetings, or workshops. We expect up to 25% of travel to be effective at this role.
Experience:
- 6+ years of formal experience in product management in B2B SaaS products and agile software development environment.
Education:
- Bachelors degree is required. Masters degree is preferred.
Location of the Role: Ann Arbor, Michigan, is preferred. A remote working situation outside Ann Arbor will be considered for the right candidate.
