The S-Docs Fall 2025 product release is available for installation! Read on to learn about the product updates we’ve made to improve the S-Docs for Salesforce experience.
The Fall ’25 release brings more incremental advancements, built off of the Summer '25 release, designed to make documents smarter, processes more flexible, and usage insights more transparent, including:
This release introduces the ability to include line item related lists directly generated in second-generation DOCX and PPTX documents. This enhancement allows for even more dynamic and data-rich document creation, ensuring that data from related record line items can be presented seamlessly in Microsoft file outputs that utilize the Salesforce compression functionality.

Support was added for conditional rendering in DOCX and PPTX templates, enabling more dynamic control over document content and allowing templates to adapt based on data-driven conditions.
A new Lightning Web Component (LWC) was launched that supports file uploads for DOCX and PPTX templates right in S-Doc template records. This feature simplifies the process of template management, improving user efficiency and flexibility.
The S-Docs SDK was expanded to include batch generation for PPTX files. Developers and admins can now automate and scale large-volume presentation generation.
Users can now apply formatting for currency, date, and phone numbers directly to merge fields in DOCX and PPTX templates, resulting in more polished and customized outputs and compatibility with existing Insert Merge Field wizard output.
Support was added for inserting Salesforce Rich Text Fields (RTFs) into DOCX and PPTX templates. Any RTF fields included in your templates will now preserve their rich text formatting, such as bold, italics, ordered/unordered lists, hyperlinks, and more - exactly as specified in the Salesforce record.
This release introduces a dashboard for tracking org-wide document and e-Signature usage. With configurable options to highlight what matters most for each plan, this feature gives customers clear visibility into how consumption aligns with entitlements, making it easier to monitor and manage usage under S-Docs consumption-based plans.
