S-Docs has collaborative editing features that allow you to track document changes and versions and to lock certain sections (or an entire document) at the template level to ensure compliance.

You can choose multiple blocks or the whole template and lock all of them in one go.
Note: After generation, any locked content blocks will have a shaded background to indicate what content is locked. If a non-admin user tries to edit locked content, a pop up will appear notifying them that the content they are trying to edit is locked.
Our application lives on a unique URL. To install S-Docs, access this URL via the S-Docs for HubSpot sign-up page or through the HubSpot App Marketplace. Sign in and click Install App.
Tracking document versions and changes is especially helpful when you want to see what has been edited between document versions.
To see your document's version history and changes, do the following:
Click the three dots icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
In the Version History menu, you can see all the different versions of a document. A new version is created every time a user makes changes to a document and ends their session by exiting the S-Docs app.
Click on the document version you want to view.
For a more granular, detailed view on what changed between documents, check the Show changes checkbox. Then, you will be able to see what specific text was removed and added.
