The updates feature enhanced support for Microsoft file formats and advanced identity verification for regulated industries, alongside ongoing AI innovations via Salesforce’s AgentExchange. By harnessing Salesforce’s native compression functionality, this product advancement delivers easier template management, faster document generation, enhanced performance, and seamless integration with Salesforce tools including Flows, OmniStudio, and Experience Cloud.
- Enhanced Identity Verification:To meet rising government security compliance, e-signature flows in S-Sign now feature enhanced identity verification. Signers now have the ability to authenticate with government-issued smart cards: Common Access Card (CAC) or Personal Identity Verification (PIV). Flexible configuration also supports combinations of multi-signer workflows that require CAC/PIV verification, PIN authentication, or no authentication when appropriate. Each signature is backed by a verified record of verification and signing events ensuring an irrefutable audit trail.
- AI-Powered Innovation: S-Docs is expanding investment in AI, founded on delivering smarter workflows, faster problem resolution, and greater flexibility. The multi-faceted strategy includes extending AgentForce capabilities enabling more flexibility for document workflows, launching an AI Agent assistant in the S-Docs Knowledge Base for faster support, and future investment in cross-platform AI capabilities to drive workflow automation across any environment.
