Partner & CEO
With more than 20 years of experience in technology working to build some of the largest businesses in the world, Dan is our team leader. Before ME2 Systems LLC, Dan served as a Director at Salesforce for over 5 years where he was responsible for some of Salesforce’s largest and most complex implementations including AT&T and FedEx. During his years at Salesforce, Dan was instrumental in developing the coveted Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) program, which was designed to certify Salesforce’s most elite technical talent. He has served many times as a judge on the CTA panel and presented numerous times at Dreamforce. Previous to Salesforce, Dan held senior positions at financial services firms including Morgan Stanley and E*Trade Financial.
Dan holds a B.S. in Computer Science and a B.A. in Political Science from Columbia University
Partner & CFO
With more than 20 years experience in finance and investing, Ed oversees the financial health of the company. Prior to ME2 Systems LLC, Ed spent over 10 years at MasterCard serving as Director of Capital Planning and Treasury where he managed Capital Planning initiatives including share repurchase strategy development and execution, debt management, intercompany payments/funding strategies, credit rating agency relationships and M&A due diligence and integration. Prior to MasterCard, Ed provided analysis at Standard Bank Group.
Ed holds a B.A. in Economics from Columbia University and an MBA from the University of Connecticut
Partner & COO
TJ brings over 25 years of experience in leading business operations at various private equity funds on Wall Street. He is responsible for strategic initiatives, general management and day-to-day operations of the company. His experience and influence extends throughout all areas of the organization including corporate management, customer success, product development, technology deployment, strategic planning and execution. He excels in a high pressure and high paced environments and brings that level of energy in delivering S-Docs to its customers.
TJ holds a B.A. from Stony Brook University.
Partner & CRO
John has over 30 years of experience in management of banking, investment, legal and tax matters for private wealth groups. He is responsible for all revenue-generating processes and execution, which includes global sales, marketing, branding, corporate governance, partnerships and investment activities for ME2 Systems LLC.
John holds a B.S. from Fordham University and attended Fordham Law School.

-Work closely with development, customer support, product management, and various other teams to develop high-quality documentation for a targeted audience.
-Draft, edit, and publish content for multiple deliverables, including online help, system messages, release notes, and administrator support.
-Maintain content for and manage multiple projects simultaneously, learn the products, and work as an integral part of the product team.
-Prepare content for online delivery.
-Minimum 3-5 years of content development experience with enterprise class applications.
-Self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills, flexibility and the ability to manage priorities.
-Experience with creating documentation for Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products.
-Familiarity with agile software development life cycles.
-Able to develop strategy for information architecture and documentation infrastructure.
-Experience documenting publicly available APIs. Knowledge of REST APIs.
-Experience producing release notes and product documentation.
-Ability to work effectively in an environment where tools, processes, and deliverables are not necessarily predefined.
-Familiarity with document authoring tools, including with light weight markup languages (e.g. Markdown) and Git
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
