Brian Stimpfl

CEO

Brian is a senior executive with more than 25 years of experience leading strategy, product, technology, sales, and marketing teams to achieve scale and rapid growth in competitive markets. As our team leader, Brian's influence extends across the organization to drive innovation, enhance the customer experience, and accelerate growth globally and into new markets.

Previous to S-Docs, Brian held senior positions at financial services firms including TD Ameritrade, ActiFi, Scottrade and Prudential Financial.

Brian holds a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from Siena College and an MBA from Zicklin School of Business.

Dan Pejanovic

Founder & Chairman of the Board

With more than 20 years of experience in technology working to build some of the largest businesses in the world, Dan is Founder and Chairman of the Board of S-Docs. Before S-Docs Inc., Dan served as a Director at Salesforce for over 5 years where he was responsible for some of Salesforce's largest and most complex implementations including AT&T and FedEx. During his years at Salesforce, Dan was instrumental in developing the coveted Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) program, which was designed to certify Salesforce's most elite technical talent. He has served many times as a judge on the CTA panel and presented numerous times at Dreamforce. Previous to Salesforce, Dan held senior positions at financial services firms including Morgan Stanley and E*Trade Financial.

Dan holds a B.S. in Computer Science and a B.A. in Political Science from Columbia University.

Matt Fabian

Partner & COO

Matt has over 15 years of experience successfully building and scaling SaaS startups and working across a variety of business functions. He has been responsible for countless enterprise customer acquisitions, many within the Fortune 500, including UnitedHealth Group, Johnson & Johnson, Centene, and Nestle. His experience and influence extends across the organization including go-to market teams within Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. He is responsible for leading and scaling global business operations, strategic planning, and driving company growth.

Matt holds a B.A. from the University of Birmingham, UK.

Anand Narasimhan

CTO

Bringing over 20 years of technical leadership experience to S-Docs, Anand oversees the Product, Engineering, and Professional Services departments to drive long-term innovation and deliver the latest technologies to our customers.

Previous to S-Docs, Anand held a variety of technical leadership roles at Salesforce. In his most recent position as Vice President of Salesforce Professional Services, Anand led some of the largest and most complex programs for Salesforce’s large enterprise customers.

Anand holds a B.S. in Electronics and Instrumentation and a Masters in Mathematics from Birla Institute of Technology and Science.

TJ McLoughlin

Partner & CFO

TJ brings over 25 years of experience in leading financial operations at various private equity funds on Wall Street. He is responsible for the financial health of the company, strategy, accounting, audit as well as governance and risk management. He excels in a high pressure and high paced environment and brings that level of energy in delivering S-Docs to its customers.

TJ holds a B.A. from Stony Brook University.

John McLoughlin

Partner & CRO

John has over 30 years of experience in management of banking, investment, legal and tax matters for private wealth groups. He is responsible for all revenue-generating processes and execution, which includes global sales, marketing, branding, corporate governance, partnerships and investment activities for S-Docs Inc.

John holds a B.S. from Fordham University and attended Fordham Law School.

Content Marketing Specialist

Reporting to the Marketing Director, a Content Specialist at S-Docs is not just a wordsmith; they’re a strategic thinker who shapes the narrative of our brand, educates our users, and drives business growth. You will collaboratively craft and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our business goals and resonates with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product, support, sales, and customer success teams to develop content that serves customers.
  • Create content enabling customers to self-support via a knowledge base and learning management system.
  • Architect customer-facing documentation, including guides, manuals, and FAQs.
  • Work with product teams and UX/UI designers to ensure documentation is accurate and accessible.
  • Prioritize documentation requests from customers and the support team.
  • Develop a library of educational courses for software mastery, best practices, and troubleshooting.
  • Use various formats like videos, webinars, and interactive modules for engaging learning experiences.
  • Create content like datasheets, one-pagers, sales playbooks, and battle cards to educate about product capabilities.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in business writing, preferably in a SaaS or Software product environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree in communication, marketing or related field
  • Exceptional communication and B2B copywriting skills
  • Proficiency in SEO and social media strategies

User Experience Designer

User Experience Designer

Reporting to the CTO, the UX Designer will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging product experiences that delight our customers. This role requires a deep understanding of user needs, strong design skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Product Manager, CTO and other internal and external stakeholders to understand product requirements, user needs, and business goals.
  • Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and other UX deliverables to communicate design concepts and solutions.
  • Help translate “jobs to be done” for user personas into intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications, following best practices in user-centered design.
  • Create and own the design system for S-Docs for all the entire product UI/UX
  • Collaborate with engineers and product owners to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and meet usability and accessibility standards.
  • Drive the use of accessibility, user-centered design principles, and best practices within the organization.
  • Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gain insights into user behaviors, preferences, and pain points.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in a UX design role, preferably in a SaaS or Software product environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree in human-computer interaction, graphic design, or related field
  • Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and results.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing, with the ability to translate findings into actionable design improvements.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design decisions to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments is a plus.

Software Engineer

Software Engineer

S-Docs is looking for a passionate and innovative software engineer who is looking to grow themself and the engineering culture at S-Docs. The team prides itself in practical development through execution of individually assigned tasks, while having a collaborative environment where you can brainstorm ideas and be open to ask questions to each other. This engineer will be part of a fast paced team that will learn new technologies and be instilled with a high standard of software engineering.

The Software Engineer is a full stack engineer and will be responsible for building and enhancing the S-Docs product suite on the Salesforce Platform which includes coding, testing, and build. In addition, this role ensures quality, sustainability, and scalability in the product code. This engineer will be part of the Ann Arbor scrum team collaborating and executing together with a product owner, a quality assurance engineer, and other full stack software engineers. The Ann Arbor scrum team is collaborative, curious, and passionate. You will be a great fit if you embrace a culture of “taking ownership”, solving problems with a team, and a drive to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in all scrum ceremonies by providing updates, contributing to discussions for planning, and showcasing completed work
  • Execute on assigned coding tasks to produce required software behaviors
  • Develop and maintain internal software tools

Required Skills and Competencies:

❖ Proficiency in an OOP language and understanding of data structures and algorithms

❖ Knowledge of Relational Databases technologies such as SQL database system

❖ Experience in a Unix/Linux development environment
