Enabling Workato cookies for other data sources

Learn how to configure browser compatability and setup with Workato before connecting other data sources.

Embedded works with all major modern browsers, including:

• Google Chrome

• Apple Safari

• Microsoft Edge

• Mozilla Firefox

Note: Internet Explorer is not compatible. To use Embedded features, switch to Microsoft Edge or another supported browser.

To make sure Workato iframe content loads correctly, adjust your browser preferences as outlined below.

Google Chrome

Chrome blocks third-party cookies in Incognito by default. Follow these steps to enable them:

1. Open Settings > Privacy and security > Third-party cookies

2. Choose Allow third-party cookies

3. To fully support the Workato iframe, you may also select Allow all cookies.

Apple Safari 

Modify Safari’s privacy options to allow iframe content:

1. Open Settings > Privacy

2. Turn off Prevent cross-site tracking to allow third-party cookies.
