One thing is clear: we love knocking goals out of the park. S-Docs saw record-breaking growth every quarter, earning 2021 the title Most Successful Year to Date.

This achievement wouldn’t be possible without investing in our trusted team. The marketing, sales, customer support, product development, and professional services departments were expanded in 2021 as part of our commitment to best-in-class customer experience.

Welcoming New Customers

As our team scaled up, so did our customer base. We introduced hundreds of new businesses to the many advantages that come with 100% native document generation and e-signature. Some recognizable new S-Docs users include AT&T, Kellogg's, Warner Music Group, and human resources software and services company Automatic Data Processing.

We can’t wait to continue helping more companies amplify their business success by reshaping the way they work in 2022.

Improving Your Experience

Our amazing customers make it possible to do what we do, and improving their experience is always a top priority at S-Docs.

As part of this commitment, we revamped our online help documentation into a brand new knowledge base this year. It’s now easier than ever to access technical resources like articles and videos that help everyone get the most out of S-Docs and S-Sign.

We’re also continually optimizing our products to ensure implementing and using them is smooth as silk. And our customers have spoken: S-Docs is consistently rated as the easiest Salesforce document generator to implement and gain value from on software review site G2.

Innovating, Innovating, Innovating

Speaking of product improvements: our development team spent the year listening to our customers and introducing new features to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.

Among the many slick upgrades for S-Docs and S-Sign are notable ones like:

  • New navigation hub: The S-Docs Setup page is your one-stop shop for all S-Docs administrative needs in Salesforce, from setting up integrations to translating the UI
  • SharePoint Integration: You can now upload documents directly to Microsoft SharePoint from Salesforce without missing a beat
  • Personalize S-Sign: You can now create custom, branded emails for e-signature request reminders, expiration notifications, and void notifications

Strengthening Our Commitment To Trust

As a 100% native Salesforce app, security and transparency have always been at the heart of  everything we do.

In 2021, S-Docs achieved FedRAMP Moderate and Department of Defense IL-4 compliance. These certifications are a testament to our ongoing commitment to trust. They also enable us to continue helping government organizations and other security-conscious businesses modernize their workflows with first class data security.

Getting Involved & Giving Back

As the world continued to navigate the pandemic, 2021 wasn’t the biggest year for in-person events. But that didn’t stop us from participating in webinars, lunch-and-learns, and virtual events to continue spreading the word about the S-Docs advantage.

As a proud member of the Pledge 1% program, we also continued matching employee donations to nonprofit organizations around the world, as well as organized a toy drive to help families in need for the holidays. We’re looking forward to keeping our helping hands moving in 2022.
